At Cozy-Pieces, we are committed to providing high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our policy below regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Returns & Replacements
All returns and order issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items will only be replaced if there is:
Damage during shipping
Missing parts
Manufacturing defects or poor craftsmanship
Items damaged, lost, or misused by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
To request a replacement:
Email info@cozy-pieces.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
2. Refunds
To qualify for a refund, items must:
Be unused and in the same condition as when received
Be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached
Returns after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Refund process:
Contact info@cozy-pieces.com for return instructions and the nearest return address.
Use a trackable shipping method and provide proof of shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
Items that have been opened or used
Customer ordering mistakes (e.g., wrong model, quantity, or product type)
4. Damaged or Defective Items During Shipping
Report any damaged items within 48 hours of receipt via info@cozy-pieces.com, including photos and your order number.
In most cases, returning the damaged product is not required; we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Using a trackable shipping service is required; without tracking, we cannot process your refund.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If a package does not reach you due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible and cannot guarantee a full refund.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, Cozy Pieces is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Charges
For international orders (including shipments outside of Canada), your order may be subject to:

Brokerage or clearance fees

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes:
