1. Returns & Replacements


  • All returns and order issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items will only be replaced if there is:


    Damage during shipping


    Missing parts


    Manufacturing defects or poor craftsmanship



  • Items damaged, lost, or misused by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

2. Refunds


  • To qualify for a refund, items must:


    Be unused and in the same condition as when received


    Be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached



  • Returns after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
